Meet Our Staff

I knew at an early age, I would be part of ministry work. I didn’t know exactly what or when, I just knew God had his hand on my life. I started teaching the teenage class at my home church at age 16. By the age of 18 I was one of the teachers for the adult class. I then began to open up the worship service with prayer requests. My Pastor then began to use me to preach on some Wednesday and Sunday nights.

I was ordained at the age of 21, through Jesus Life Ministries, in Wilkesboro, NC. I filled the role as an Associate Pastor for the next 9 years. In July 2002 God began to call me to begin a very special work in the Statesville, NC area. In November 2003 at the age of 31, I left my full-time job as a Walmart Co-Manager to fulfill God’s call and start a church. Since that day, God has blessed and increased our lives as well as this ministry.

We are a non-denomination church with a very diverse congregation. We welcome all people from all backgrounds with open arms. We are a church that promotes love and acceptance. We believe in the finished work of the Cross. Jesus was, is, and always will be enough!

I married Melanie in 1992 and God blessed us with 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy. I was born and raised in Statesville, NC. God has truly blessed my life.
