God wants people to communicate with Him through praying and reading the Bible. God wants people to honor Him by doing what is right & rejecting what is wrong. The Bible helps people know how to live. Read God’s word
God has given you resources & skills. God gives them so you can serve others while giving Him the glory for what he has done.

Children learn
Feb 5th – God wants me to honor Him by doing what is right & rejecting what is wrong. 2 Chronicles 23:11,13; 24:1-14 Deuteronomy 6:5vJoash & the people gave offerings. A 7 year old boy was concerned about making sure things were well maintained, functioned smoothly, & according to God’s instruction.
Feb 12th – People can stand up for their belief in God, even when it is difficult. Esther 2:2-18, 4:5-17; 5:1-14; 7:1-10; 8:8-17; Deuteronomy 6:5; Psalm 56:3
Feb 19th – The Bible helps people know how to live. Jeremiah 36; Deuteronomy 6:5; 2 Timothy 3:16 Jeremiah wrote God’s words
Feb 26th – People honor God when they obey His commands. Daniel 1:1-20; Deuteronomy 6:5; Proverbs 3:6. Daniel chose to obey
Youth learn
Feb 5th – We were made to live in love & humility like Christ. Philippians 2:1-11. Follow with joy
Feb 12th – Each day is an opportunity to become more like Christ. Philippians 3:12-21. Grow with joy
Feb 19th – Focusing on Christ brings joy & peace into my life. Philippians 4:4-9. Live your life with joy.
Feb 26th – We are called to join God in giving for the good of others. Philippians 4:10-20. Give with joy
Which do you prefer? Sin & pride often tell us to be discouraged. Praying (talking with God) & Reading the Bible (God’s guide book for you) will give you encouragement, hope, & peace.
